Brad Madison founded Mongrel Music in San Francisco in 1992, at his kitchen table. He got an 8 x 8 office downtown.

Some months later Chris Faville started hanging around, peering over Brad's shoulder, grabbing the phone.

Forward 9 years, and relocated across the Golden Gate Bridge in Marin County, Val Hersey came on board, thinking, 'these guys clearly need help...'
